When a card, rule, or effect says "claim power" or "claim power for your House," you put it on the House card.

When a card, rule, or effect says a particular card or character "claims power," you put it on that card or character.

thx for answer, can u tell me what happens if someone killed that character with power on it?

If the character leaves play for any reason, all power on him is discarded, unless you have a card like Whispers from the Hill.

After doing some extra research (I did some before I posted, I swear!) I have answered my own question. And another one I was afraid to ask, heh. Thanks for just being around, should another question come up.

I also have a question that relates to this: If I take control of a character with Fury of the Stag (say the Red Viper), do I also take control of the power on them? So if he has 5 power on them and I have 10 power myself, would taking control of him win the game for me? I would assume so, as I wasn't able to find anything saying otherwise in the FAQ or rules, but I wanted to make sure.
