I'm wandering about following scenario:

There is a Fortified Position plot card revealed which blanks all characters.

And i have feq questions about how it interacts with other cards:

1. Meereen - is the "Immune to opponents' triggered effects" keyword blank by that plot card.

1. Ser Parmen Crane + Bara Lord - is that "Response: ..." blanked by plot.

The same principle applies to both cases. Gained abilities are not part of a card's printed text box, so they do not get blanked by effects that blank a card's text box.

I've just realized that Ser Parmen Crane would also get blanked but I meant the basic idea.

so if Robert Baratheon has the lightbringer attachment, and fortified position plot is in play, does the vigilant ability go blank or not?

There may be a misunderstanding here. Lightbringer does NOT give Vigilant to the character it is attached to. It is Lightbringer ITSELF that has the vigilant keyword.
