Swift attack - does it have to be a standard attack?

By Lomax3, in Dark Heresy Rules Questions

Well, the question's in the title. One could handle that two ways, I guess - either you make it dependent on the type of attack - so half action attacks would be fine to use in swift sequences, and full attacks wouldn't - or you say the attacks can only be standard attacks, which I think is more reasonable because otherwise the trait maybe gets a little too useful.

What say you, W40k community?

Are you following RAW? If so, it's a FULL ACTION for 2 melee attacks, just read the talent.

1. I don't know what RAW is.

2. I do know it's two melee attacks, the question is whether these 2 attacks are standard attacks or if I can choose (for example) other attacks as long as these attacks only cost a half action.

RAW= Rules As Written

There 2 standard attacks. You can combind it with two weapon fighting, but look to the errata for that.

Yeah, I already found that in the 2.0 errata. Thanks.
