You can sustain a Pushed power (i.e., Push a power like Force Dome, then sustain it the rounds after that), if that's what you mean.

Most certainly you can. If it involves a Focus Power Test on your part, you can choose which Power Level you want to apply. Yes, this include Force Weapon attacks.
