Do you know if they sell these anywhere, I've googled a few times and did manage to get onto a site that sold them but it seems to be down or dead.

I wouldn't mind a House Stark 60+ deck box or something.

There's some custom stuff on ebay. Thats about all I've seen.

I bought a standard 80-card Magic: The Gathering box and stuck house card stickers on them

Custom job it is then.
