Ok, I know you can divide the Ki cost of a Dominion power among the Optional attributes (for a cost). Can you swap the cost entirely though?

Say a Power is Dex Primary (normal cost 3), but has Will +2 as an optional attribute. Could you simply make it a Will 5 power?

yes, some of the premade powers already do this (i can't recall which ones right now). i'v done this for a couple of powers myself.
