Looking for a game in SW Michigan, as close to Kalamazoo as possible.

I wish you well! I'm actually right between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo off of US 131, and it seems the whole area is pretty dead when it comes to the tabletop game. If you are looking around klalamazoo, you might have some good luck posting something in the entry at Fanfare Comics, on Westnedge. I think it's the only hobby shop left in Kzoo right now.

There is another game store in the area.

Be warned though the shop owner was there both times I visited and he was very rude. He followed me around the place like I was there to rip him off and he wasn't very nice when I asked him questions about what product he could get in because he didn't have what I was looking for.

The place used to be called Discount Hobby and was ran by a different owner then. It was better organized and the owner was a lot friendlier to me. If you REALLY need something he's selling very badly and Fan Faire doesn't have it is the only reason I'd suggest going there. I think Fan Faire is your best bet. They are very well organized, have a massive selection, never have a problem ordering product if they are out or don't carry it and most of all the staff there are very helpful and nice.

I'm in Alpena right now so you could be worse off for a game. I'll be moving to Mt. Pleasant soon enough though which should help my situation.

Fanfare doesn't carry any Warhammer products I have seen and they have a lot of trouble trying to order it when I asked for some reason. The other store carries Warhammer as I recall, luckily when I went they were too busy painting to bother me, lol.

Gameshop is closed now and Fanfare is just now getting DH core book. I've been getting all my books oredered for me through Barnes and Nobles, they get the books quickly and in good condition.
