If I get my matter-relocator machine working I'll join you. Just a few kinks to work out and an inside-out baboon to clean up first.

Kinks shminks. The machine is fine, it's the baboon that's wrong. Proceed to human experimentation!

The baboon was human before I turned the machine on.

Arkhamites,

I know that many of you have extolled the virtues of FFG's Customer Service Representatives. To that cadre of very professional individuals, I wish to add Anton (from Marketing) and Jeremy (from Operations) with whom I had the distinct pleasure of corresponding these past few days. They took the time to answer my inquiries regarding showcasing the displays at the upcoming "Arkham Nights" event next month. While unable to accommodate my request, they responded in the most positive and professional manner. I hope to remain in touch with them in the months to come and possibly meet them at the event.

For all of you who remain interested in the displays, we hope to have additional pictures soon. I'm in Philadelphia for the long weekend, and must admit that the sample is even more "cool" when holding it and admiring the level of detail that went into its construction. We remain committed to this project, and share in the your enthusiasm.

I demand cheesesteaks and hoagies be delivered to me ASAP. Do not tempt my wrath! Oooh and a few cases of beer from Triumph and Yards.

I probably should've put a "please" in there somewhere ...

...and today is the German Festival at Constatter's! Beer, Brats, and a Brass Band! ...by the way, Arkhamresident, how could you forget the scrumptious taste of a TastyKake!!!

Butterscotch Krimpets FTW!

Arkhamites,

Sorry for the radio silence over the past few weeks. The sculptor is currently going through the most un-amicable of divorces, so the project hasn't been front-and-center for obvious reasons. However, I'm attending Arkham Nights 2011 next weekend, and I'll meet with several of the staff, including the Marketing Manager to display the pen-and-ink renderings of the displays. I'll certainly share this with whomever attends the event, and at some point will have them accessible here, as well.

Arkhamites,

It's been more than a month, and I wanted to give you some information regarding the Arkham Horror Card Display project. The short answer is we're still engaged and moving forward, albeit at a slower pace. Last month, I had the opportunity to meet with both Mark Schmidt (Digital Sales Manager) and Anton Torres (Marketing Operations Manager) of FFG while attending the Arkham Nights 2011 event. Both gentlemen proved both professional and knowledgeable.

At this point, I'm fleshing-out the details for a possible licensing agreement with FFG. While not necessarily difficult, it's a bit time consuming, and I need to focus on completing that aspect in short order. Also, the availability of the artist, for both professional and personal reasons, has proven more of a challenge than during the past six months. We hope to pick-up speed in the months ahead.

I want to thank fuzzyshogoth for reaching out to me, which served as the impetus for this post. Unfortunately, between work and some recent overseas travel, I've not been able to dedicate much attention to this project. But, as more than 25 individuals on this site alone have sent me personal e-mails, requesting pictures and other information, I wanted to keep you in-the-loop. That's it for now.

Thank you for the report, Professor! It's always a pleasure reading your news
