I become a new player at GenCon this year. Ironically, my wife and I are moving to Louisville, KY this week from southern Illinois.

If there are any venues in the Louisville area that are playing, I would really appreciate a heads up. I did meet a couple of players out of Lexington, KY that play at Battleforge. If there are players in the Louisville area interested in playing that do not have a place to play, contact me and we will figure it out.

I bought the base game after going through the demo, which was very well done by the FFG rep. I also found the game very balanced as I was getting my butt kicked during the demo, but a few really good rolls got me back in it. Be prepared to miss alot. I did buy the painted/premium version and I must say that I am very pleased with the quality of the product. I did also buy a number of other units along with the SeeLow expansion. FFG sold a large number of revised core sets and were sold out of the premium version on Saturday. The Zombies sold out as well.

I watched some of the Championship being played and the players all looked to be having a good time. I did not think to bring a camera since I never thought I would find a game that I was really interested in investing in.

I saw some pictures of the new Dust Heavy walkers at the Gen -con. WOW! You 've come in at a great time. Lots of new squads arriving in September. Its a fast action game, New terrain like the buildings of Operation Seelowe; really change the dynamics of the game.

I've purchased both expansions and be sure to get a couple of the light walkers, they are deadly in the hangars. FFG is really going strong with Dust-Tactics, its going to be a great adventure.
