The crux of the deck is to layer my threats at 3x so the likelihood of having viper, mel AND bob are high, and win before the opponent can answer to them. Val's role usually is to cycle through dupes and locations while house messenger and flea bottom scab are meant for turn 1 card draw, then claim soak post turn 1.

Now given the fragile nature of characters I found that arianne and mel are the REAL threats. (Viper and Bob just annoy the opponent). Claim 2 power challenges and then standing her with the hook or distinct mastery, and then doing another claim 2 power challenge (due an empty throne), and getting uo due to stealth and hence gaining 4 more power from mel is 8 power on my house card.

In meele I used the treaty agenda mostly to see what would happen, I always suck at melee and so just went in to have a little fun and a (hopefully not too annoying) joke at the expense of my opponents. The fact that it went 1-1-4 just proves my theory that the last player to attempt to win... has a better chance than the first player.
