This card has the infinity symbol on it. I have not seen anything about the infinity symbol in the rules. Can someone tell me what this means? I am thinking it means I am allowed as many copies as I want in my deck, but I am not sure.

Indeed, it's a curious omission from the rule book. However, the infinity symbol is nothing more than a reminder that the card has an ability that brings it back from the dead or discard pile. There's no rule associated with the infinity symbol, and you can only have up to 3 copies in your deck.
