I am now leaning toward a entire head swap of my Axis force giving them all Recon Grenadier Heads (except for those who already have full masks and the heroes/officer).
The problem is I have to buy like 5 packs of Recon Grenadiers to do this. If I decide to do this you all may want to check ebay for cheap headless Recon Grenadiers LOL. Of course, they would have replacement heads available from the unmasked guys LOL.
Any suggestions?
Secrets of the 3rd Reich has sell individual headsets. I bought some to swap out my allied heavy infantry heads. Each Blister comes with 20 heads and there is one with German Heads with helmets and gasmasks. Might be alittle more cost effective.
i would buy a headless set haha, don't like the gas masked heads that much anyway! would love to put fallschirmjager heads on them

Well I just ordered some Sot3R heads so if that doesnt suit me I will be buying other Recon Grenadiers for the procedure.
Basically I want to swap with the Command Squad, The Snipers, The Spotters, The Tank Hunters (2 squads) and the Battle Grenadiers. About 23 heads, so 5 sets of Grenadiers. OUCH!
I suppose if I reduced it to ony the Tank Hunters and Battle Grenadiers I would save some cash (only 3 squads to swap).
And Lara is definately getting a same day head swap as soon as she arrives.

I do not like the recon gren heads. Message me and we can swap them for some of your covered helmet heads. I think I have 10, not sure.

Won't the units lose their character if they all become clones with different weapons?

It depends on taste I guess. I'm relying on painting to provide individuality, not the heads. I've considered replacing all of my open faced axis heads with gas mask heads from the Wargames Factory Greatcloaks. They have a german style helmet with a more sci-fi style gas mask.
Well first, the Recon Grenadier heads are easier to paint LOL. Second, I just think they look better.

watch out for scale difference- WF shock is wh40k range comp, heads can be to big ...
btw Bolt action - from warlord does separate heads as well
