What is going on withe the release of OP Seeloewe and its expansions in Europe? When will we get the whole stuff. A company like FFG should have the possibilities to release all the stuff at the same time all over the world. We´re waiting for weeks over here and yet there´s no information about the date for purchasing the expansions in Europe.
What the hell?
Agreed. I've had to put playing Seelow on hold as they have not released the models to play it. This now means I'm starting to play other stuff and my gaming time, money and interest are being divided. And being a fickle wargamer, you need to keep that interest going before we skip town to play something else completely.
Yeah, thats the prob. I love the game and brought a couple of guys to playing it too, but now some of them are starting to play other games again and I´m beginning with Secrets of the third Reich cause of the delay. Would be nice to hear something about that by FFG.
I buy most of my DT stuff from Rockinbgames here in the USA. His pricing and shipping are always low, might be cost effective for you to order from him. He is also a great professional too. I hope this is not a prohibition of the site, and if so, sorry!
Unfortunately shipping from the US has horrendous prices.
Shipping is really expensive from the US and there´s the tax you ´ve got to pay. Most important I want to support my local dealer. Me and my guys always buy our stuff there cause he provides us with a space to play the game and I love to have a talk with him.
So I´m really pissed off about the delay. It reminds a lill bit on the problems Rackham had with AT (I mean the delay not the financial). It might happen one time but if it happens more often I think it will force beginners not to start the game.

There is probably a good reason why FFG didn't have the International distribution deal with Rackham and only the North American, they just don't seem to do international distribution very well at all. I know Rackham went with Asmodee at the time for their non North American distribution

Seriously, check the guy out. I am sure he will be willing to work with you.
@ GrandInquisitor:
I believe you don´t get it right. It isn´t about where to get the stuff, it´s about the game. Now they finaly will release the TT-Ruleset, the game is ultimately starting to grow over here in Germany. There are lots of gamers who waited only for the TT-rules... in a situation like that it´s pure poison when severe delays occure. The people start looking for other games just because they can them!!!! In a globalised world FFG should know that timing AND communication is evrything

Where in Germany? What might be possible, but might also be sort of illegal is if you have any US Military posts nearby. If you have a friend who lives on one, or a local player from the US Base have him order it. Shipping from US (homeside) to US Basis is considered normal shipping and costs normal fees. When I was stationed in Germany my girlfriend (who was German) would have me order her CDs from Amazon to save her the shipping fees.
But if you are not near a US post or dont know anyone who lives on the post, well its not much of an option, but you would be surprised how many US troops in Europe play these games (we played AT-43, Warhammer 40K, AD&D, D&D, Dark Heresy and so forth and sometimes even in Nurnberg with German gamers).
