For momentum randomness, like on tira's contract: What does the rules say the offical way is?
I know from magic, that random means mix up your cards and have your opponent choose one.
Does the same apply to this card as well?

yes, though note that if your opponent has any FACE UP momentum for that, it is best to get a d-10(or d-20 if he has that much) and roll that and determine which random card he is using; he can shuffle them before hand as long as he keeps the face up momentum face up before placing them back on the table(with face up cards still face up) and then roll off.
N.J.
shuffling momentum is never a requirement, because there are abilities that don't involve "random" momentum and memorizing your momentum is a pretty important aspect of some cards (for example Hero of Southtown).
Dice are recommended.
ok thank you for clearing that issue up...

Absolutely nothing. Hopefully that will be rectified in the new rules.
