Could you give me some idea of a deadline for material for LF9?

I get my life back next month and would like to contribute but dont want to let you guys down if its a tight one...

Cheers.

• Travel times across the empire and available travel options in certain town types
• Expeditions (how to run an expedition, where to go, equipment, etc.)
• Survival situations
• High level character examples (would love to see historical characters fully built)

Romus: Great ideas. One thing that we are usually seeking is a clear reference to scale on the empire map. I'll hit up Gitz, he'll know and we'll include it

We're going to try to do some advanced careers, but I probably need some help. When I did the basic careers in #7, I had all the time in the world. Now if I could get some people to step up and do one or two until we get them completed, that would be awesome.

Survival situations is a great idea as is the expedition.

We'll see what we can do!

I have been wanting to get my "supplemental" travel and random encounters article / bits put into Liber Fanatica, however I felt as though it did not fit the theme of the last issue. It is my understanding that you are currently the Lead on LF9 which is fantastic news and I've heard that the theme is one for GMs which I believe is perfect for "Travel and Its Perils".

I've sent you a message via youtube as well. It seems as though either my username has been cancelled from the LF website or that I just plain forgot what it was, so if you could let me know if I need to "re-apply" that would be fantastic. I'm keen to get this project out to the public.

As it stands Travel and its Perils only needs a few kinks worked out and then it needs Playtesting galore so I was wondering if that was at all possible. I could send you over the current draft and you could tell me what you think. It still needs some developmental work done to it but the skeleton and much of the muscular structure is there. All it needs is some TLC so let me know if you are interested in checking it out as a possible addition to LF 9.

I have been working on this Travel and It perils for close to 10 months now and its looking really good. It may be a tad ambitious but I'll let you be the judge of that. If you can give me contact information I can send you over copies of what I have done currently.

I would have thought that Travel and its Perils is ideal for LF9. I am sure Jay would agree. Apply to Herr Arnulff at Liber Fanatica to get yourself upgraded.

We lost Jay as Lead Developer and so we are splitting the duties up amongst a group of us. I am to assemble a team and work on the Travel and Encounters portion. If you would like to be involved with this send jump on over to the Inner Sanctum at liberfanatica.net and join up. I've had an article in the works for quite some time now that tackles the ideas you've posted here and way more. I'd love to see if you want to be involved.

Duties will include research, development, a bit of writing (I'm willing to take on this duty as I've already got a large portion of it completed) and playtesting the mechanics that are currently in development.
