I've a question about campaign rules handling major and minor victories.

For campaigns are just counted victories or is there a system similar to the victory points of the old rules?

Otherwise I don't understand the difference between the major and minor victories.

In the current incarnation of the rules, there is no Victory Points anymore. Also unlike what Take On You did with their missions, there is no calculated score based on the realized mission goals. Either you achieve a Victory or not.

In the Daedalus Campaigns each scenario has its own Victory condition but the whole Campaign success depends on the single resolution of the final scenario, which I do think is weak.
