Hello all.
If youre a player in the Shadow of Madness-scenario PLEASE STOP READING NOW. SPOILERS AHEAD!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am, as you perhaps have read in another thread here, going to replace the TEP (The Emperor Protects)-scenario "A Stony Sleep" with the one included in GM's Kit, "Shadow of Madness". But, I would really appreciate if someone could give me some feedback either as a GM or as a player of it, of how it was in greater detail. A couple of things I especially wonder about is:
1. How did the combat between the marines and the Tau go? Did they make great progress against the Stealth Suit team and the Commander? Did they kick definite b*tt with the Kroot? (I am not going to use the Vespids - so you can leave that out).
2. How did you explain/show the Delirium Trellises to the marines? Did the marines get affected by the devices, and in that case what happened?
3. Did you make maps of the 4 locations in the scenario (I am doing that right now, so far only a more detailed map of the planet and one of Outpost 420).
My idea is to link the Delirium Trellises and the material they're made of with the material the chaotics need for the end goal (in TEP). As the Delirium Trellises are built out of something that's "invisible" (phased into another dimension) most of the time, the same material can be used to build you-know-what. Thankful for any answers!!
