I would like a help in two matters boys.

1st : Can someone play a card with the "any phase" keyword even if he is not the active player? I mean sure he can play an "any phase" card at marshaling, challenging etc if he is the active player , but can he do that if he is the 2nd , 3rd or 4th player in a multiplayer game when 1st player is currently marshaling?

2nd : You are the Crown regent, and a guy is attacking you. When can you say redirect? By the moment he calls your name for the attack? by the moment he chooses the type of the attack, or even after he chooses the characters participating? And after that, when he chooses the new player that will get his attack, can he change the type of the attack, and of course the characters participating?
