The show itself any good?
It's not a show actually, its a magazine series.
Quite refreshing, really. From a science POV it makes a lot more sense than most things, simply because they arent bound by flashy cinematic effects. It's crazy succesful in germany and german-speaking countries - it started in the 60ies - prior the moon landing, they actually have their own version of that - and puts out a mag per week since then; they're on issue ~2605 right now.
I think there's an US version, but that one never really did takeoff, as far as I know.
