Iam still working on my Helmuth von Pannwitz Cossack Zombie Cavalry Corps,

Iam aiming for.

I did test run with converted old space marine and old Silver Helm Horses (iam to shy to show them). They Look ok and i can field them to test rules , but for final unit i wont something more eye candy. Horses for now look small (zombie pony lol !) especial if you count scale difference. I have old witch elf pegasus and he looks great.

So iam looking for biggest meanest horses that i can find. I dont have any expirience with modern WFB range would Chaos Knighst steeds be big enough for 1/48?

I was earlier dead set on Perrys Napoleonics (greate price easy to convert hats to cossacks papacha ) but there are very true scale so will look small.

Any advice? Price is important btw.

Something about this idea seems pretty righteous to me...another creepifying addition to the game. I like it.

Not sure what to tell you about where to get modding stuff in this scale, tho...you might try the D&D collectible figures if you can still get them. I heard they're the same scale as Heroclix and they work fine for mods. Horrorclix might have something too. I'd check out EBay.

Poyet, if the horses are Zombies, why to they need gas masks? Doesn't SOTR and Incursion have more zombies??

Iam not dead set on gas mask btw (they are cool though) but they add weird factor and make this tiny ponys bulkier.

Depends on how you viewthe gas masks. If you think of them as "save me from the gas!" then yes, they dont make much sense for zombies. If they are undead zombies. But if you think of them as dispensers that expose the horses to chemicals and gasses that give them their undead like abilities, then they make perfect sense.

Chaos Knight horses should be fine, but horses fromthe vampire counts might look more zombie like.

For now I would use them as count as gorillas.

i tryied to find Vampire counts Horses but bits shop dont have them .... I can add zombie features (axis zombies are not really rotten zombies) .Size is most important right now .

Btw i seen Cold Ones ... they could be cool as well ..... choices ......
