Does anyone know if there are stats for C'tan swords (the stuff that Callidus use, for example) anywhere? If not, what kind of stats would you give such an artefact?
C'tan Fractal Blade
Hey Polaria
I found this in one of the fan made armouries (12.3.1). Author was Zack, I'm not sure which site I got it from but it was either here or Dark Reign. Weapon is listed as sourced from RT.
Fractal Blade Melee 1d10+1R 7 Power Field, Balanced 1kg Extremely Rare must use frequently to stay sharp

Cheers, mate. What I need to do now is to take those stats and buff them a LOT so it isn't immeadeatly shadowed by simple Astartes Power Sword
Maybe I should give it Razor Sharp and Felling (1) and keep the same stats? That would mean that while its base damage is smaller than Astartes Power Sword on good WS roll it would cut right through any armour and a good part of Toughness Bonus, too...
That is a crystal blade which as far as I know has nothing to do with the C'Tan phase weapons. As far as I know, no attempt has been made officialy stat the phase swords. Were you to try and stat them their main advantage would not necessarily be raw damage, but their ability to ignore armour and fields.
If you really want to use a C'tan Phase Blade (which is what the Callidus use, as a Fractal blade is a crystalline weapon which typically would have the Toxic trait), I would advise looking at the stats for the 'Spectral Harbinger' (Necron Wraith) in The Emperor Protects part 2. Turn up the base damage, give it Power Field and maybe Razor Sharp.

I don't have The Emperor Protects and do not consider getting it in near future so could you be bothered to write down the weapon stats? (damag withiout SB, pen and special rules is enough)
I would, but I don't have my copy of the book with me right now. Sorry.
So the weapon your thinking of is for the Spectral Harbinger, Bladed Claws (1d10+9 R; Pen 2, Tearing, Phase Strike):
"Phase Strike: If the creature succeeds on a Weapon Skill Test by three or more degrees of success, that particular attack may not be parried and the Damage from the attack is not reduced by armour."
In addition, the cultists also use Flayer rifles and Wraithblades which have their own special ruleset; "Flayer Rifle (200m S/2/–; 2d10+5 E; Pen 8;Clip Unlimited; Recharge, Volatile, Special*); Particle Emitter (45m S/2/5; 3d10+8 E; Pen 12; Clip Unlimited; Recharge, Tearing); Wraithblade (1d10+5+SB R, Pen Special**;
Tearing).
"*In addition to normal damage, a target who takes one or more points of damage (after Amour and Toughness) from a Flayer rifle suffers 1d10 points of Toughness damage."
"**Attacks from a Wraithblade have the Warp Weapon Trait."
You might want to beef up the wraithblade a bit, but the phase strike ability is pretty devastating in it's own right.

I think this is pretty good in itself. Modifying that a bit C'Tan Phase Sword stats would be
1d10+9 R, Pen 2, Balanced, Power Field, Phase Strike
Phase Strike: If the user of the weapon succeeds on a Weapon Skill Test by three or more degrees of success, that particular attack may not be parried and the Damage from the attack is not reduced by armour.
If the wielder is weak and/or unskilled its not too dangerous, but if the wielder has a high strenght bonus and weapon skill it will cut terminators right in half.
