If I play this card on a unit already had damage token on it, would it be destroyed?

The damaged unit would indeed be destroyed. The requirements to trigger the effect are fulfilled. "To be damaged" is a state not an activity to my mind.

The Polish version is worded so that it triggers only when the attached unit takes damage after the attachment is played. 'Is damaged' in this context can be both state and activity, and it's highly unfortunate as far as wording goes, we'll probably see it errata'd pretty soon.

Can anyone post here the english textbox of the Empire unit "Osterknacht Elite" please ? I have the french version of it, and it is not the same translation :

What I read from the polish spoiler ( with GoogleTranslate ) :

Osterknacht Elite - Unit - 3 EE - 3 Hp/1P - Action: When this unit enters play, return target unit you control and target unit opponent's control, to the owners hand.

And what I have in my french card (with Budmilka_frTranslate ^^ ) :

Osterknacht Elite - Unit - Knight.Elite - 3 EE - 3Hp/1p - Action: When this unit enters play, return another target unit controled by an opponent in its owner's hand.

So I'm not sure what to believe ^^. Thanks.
