binary and practice makes perfect

If I form with practice makes perfect then form with E.A.M.O and say I pick feline spike, would the actual difficulty (with no progressive) be 0, since the physical printed is 0, and E.A.M.O modifies the difficulty to be that of the selected card, in this case it would be modified to 7 because it's feline spike.

Binary says to create an exact copy, including difficulty and all. It will still be a 7 even if you form with pmp.
