Tomb of Ice introduced Feats for the Heroes but I can't see any reference to RTL. Are the Feats meant for TOI only?

There are probably 8 threads discussing this right now, I suggest to go looking for them. I can't rehash all the back and forth, so I'll try to distill it:

Two sides:

1) They were never meant for use with RtL since it doesn't say anything about them in the rulebook.

2) A ton of house rulings and one vague comment about their use from KevinW.

As bizarre as Remy’s comments sound, they are spot-on. I would amend point 1 to incorporate

“ unless RtL was unbalanced in favour of the Overlord previously.”

My advice is to take a look at the other threads and make your own mind up.
