Leo Anderson Misprint or Nerf?

In the reprint of Dunwich Horror Leo Anderson's unique ability was changed from: "Leadership - Any Phase: Once per turn, Leo may prevent 1 point of Stamina or Sanity loss for any investigator."

To: "Leadership - Any Phase: Once per GAME , Leo may prevent 1 point of Stamina or Sanity loss for any investigator." Ouch.

He didn't need a nerf, and this one was ridiculous. It's a misprint.

Why would they change anything in Dunwich? The first print-run was fine.
