Are the theme decks proposed in the Deluxe Expansions constructable using only the contents found therein, or are various Chapter Packs necessary as well?

The decks in the expansions can be made using the expansion cards and 1X Core set. No other CPs necessary.

Thank you! My friend and I have wanted to play for a while, but didn't really know where to begin. Sounds like it would be best for each of us to pick up a different Deluxe Expansion, and share the Core Set.
