When you reveal a plot, it becomes your current plot. You only ever have 1 current plot - the last one that was revealed. That current plot is the only one with active text, gold, initiative, claim, etc.

Whether you reveal a plot with Bran or by the game's instruction to reveal a plot, you have revealed the plot, so its "when revealed" plot will trigger. Using Bran to reveal a new plot in the plot phase is no different than waiting until the next round to reveal a new plot. And, like the new plot you reveal each round, it replaces the last plot you revealed.

current

No matter how it is revealed (card effect like Bran or normal game progress), revealing one plot is exactly the same as revealing any other plot.

Well...then you should explain me what do you gain from exchanging your plot...maybe with Bran you can do that after you have seen your opponents plot?

May I refer you to a very recent discussion of this.
