Guys a quick question.

If a character does not kneel for a challenge can he then participate in another challenge if he has the right icon. LIke Jamie, or like the Dragons with danny in play?

Sure. As long as that character can be declared/put as an attacker or defender s/he will be able to participate. There's no limit regarding how many challenges a character can participate in, assuming you can legally declare him or put him into the challenge.
