Just getting into the game, really like it and looking forward to playing it often. Quick question (probably more to come)

Chella Daughter of Cheyk reads:

"After you win a challenge in which at least 1 clansman character participated, pay X gold to choose and return a location to it's owner's hand, where X is the printed gold cost of that location"

Does this mean you can pay 0 gold to return a location with a cost of 0 to the owners hand as well?

I did a quick search and only got decklists for results so I apologize if this is redundant.

Yes. You can choose how much you want to set for X. If you set X to 0, you can return any one 0 cost location card (even your own).
