I'm new to the game, and like it so far, but I'm trying to decide if I'd like to really get into it.

This decision kinda hinges on whether I can find enough people to play with me. Anyone here play in the Indy area, or know where I can find people to play with?

Me and my friend are awaiting the core set to come in we also have 4-5 chapter packs on the way. We both live in Anderson, but could make it to Indy pretty easily. We both played the CCG in it's early days and are both big fans of the books. We have at least one other person lined up to learn. If you want to try to get some organized play up and running we should be able to work something out. Just shoot me an email ([email protected] m). It will be about 3 weeks before we have all the cards we have coming in.

I play here in Indianapolis as well, I play very frequently over OCTGN since I haven't really found many people here yet that play, but it sounds like we are starting to get more and more!

I know there's a gamestore on the north side of Indy (Saltire Games) with some pretty large game rooms, could possibly meet up there to make it easier for the Anderson crowd...

Sounds cool! I get back to Indy in a few weeks (in SF for the summer), but we can try to set something up!

I recently moved to Indy and have also been looking for a group of gamers to play with. I am new to AGoT, having just played a few times with friends. There is a game store on the north side (very close to 465 and keystone) called the game preserve; they have tables. I would definitely be interested in joining up at some point to play and learn the game better!

I live in Carmel on the north side of Indy, and have also just started playing AGoT, after picking it up at Gen Con this year. I've started acquiring the deluxe house boxes as well as a couple of the expansion packs, working on building out my card collection.

The Game Preserve is up on the north side across from the Fashion Mall in the Fashion Mall Commons. They have a decent space there, and looking at their event calendar, fm.gamepreservestores.com/ it looks like they've got space enough to host Warhammer and 40K, though I've never actually played at any events there.

I know it's super late notice but I'm just going to throw this out there on a whim. My wife and I were going to play this game a bit later this afternoon (Sunday Aug 21); we only have the core set, so we are just going to play a few times with the base decks (still can't decide which expansion packs to get). Anyway, if anybody else is interested in playing today we could go to the game preserve instead and meet up. We both work tomorrow morning so we wouldn't be able to stay up very late, but we could get started gaming sometime around 4 or 5. We also have some other fun games (battlestar galactica, agricola, some others) if anybody is interested in playing other games. I'll be watching this forum for responses today

If nobody is able to make it tonight (which is understandable) I think we should try and put something on the calendar sometime soon!

Wow I should have checked, but the game preserve is only open until 5:00 today so that's not an option, but it looks like Saltire Games has open gaming until 9:00 tonight.

I've got the core set, plus the Targ, Greyjoy and Bara expansions, and a couple of Brotherhood packs.

I final got enough cards to actually play some good games. I've some familiarity with Saltire. Normally free Tuesday Wednesday and Friday. It would be me and a friend but we would need some fairly early warning. Glad see that I don't have give up hope on finding players. Just keep posting here and I will keep an eye out.

Just got back to Indy.
