I just browsed through my own messages to find my old campaign log only to notice that the topics don't open anymore. My messages can still be read (most likely only by me) but I've no idea what people have commented. This sucks. Major league sucks... Even waybackmachine can't find them. ![]()
Lost topics...
Yeah, these forums aren't great. I guess that's why it's good that we have The Daily Empire to keep track of all these things now! ![]()
As much as I enjoy FFG WFRP3 forums, I don't consider them a good option for important discussions as FFG will probably delete these forums once they let go of the GW IP (or bring out wfrp4).
I think I'll favour Strike-to-stun.net for posting archive worthy things.
Not to start a flame war but I find strike-to-stun positively dreadful with its strong vehemence against WFRP3. So, I wonder, can anyone recommend another good forum for WFRP3 questions and discussions except this one?
I'm sticking with these two. StS is quite quiet actually. If I want some "old school"-opinions that is the place to go. This site is much more lively but horribly maintained.

As I've mentioned several times before, there's very little discussion of WFRP3 at all on StS, and what there is usually involves at least a few WFRP3 fans who post here. What real hostility there was tailed off ages ago, and the worst you get now shows a distinct lack of passion. The most interesting discussions on StS concern the setting, and edition is often (though not always) an irrelevance.
And it seems there's very little in the way of WFRP3 discussion anywhere else, but that was true when WFRP2 was published. The difference then was that the BI forums were a lot more active than this place is now. But I've said this too many times already...

DC: Yes, this is an unusual forum engine to be sure (maybe not engine..more like a Flintstone's cart). If you can access your post, try reposting it (or replying to it) or just uploading it to your site or Liber Fanatica.
There have been a lot of good ideas and posts that have been buried here and lost for all time.
RPG.net get's responses (mostly useless book-keeping responses..but responses nonetheless). I post regularly over there as Tydirium and try to maintain some sort of presence by posting occasinoal nonsense (as opposed to my other posts) ![]()
