Just wondering if the Invulnerability event card can be played on all the cards you have in play or just on the characters that have the invulnerability key word.

Which card are you referencing? I don't recall one called Invulnerability?

If you mean Bred to Survive, it says: Action : Until the end of the phase, your characters gain Invulnerabiity .

So, after you play this Action, all of your characters gain Invulnerability until the end of the phase in which you played it.

Generally the description on the card is pretty explicit.
