When you are in a dungeon level that has more than one dungeon leader, such as #34 Reflections, do you get 100 coins and 2 CTs for each leader, or only once when both leaders are killed?

And for the follow-up, yes, the extra CT/GP for the final level is applied to each leader if you happen to draw a multi-leader dungeon as the final level.
