the promo? supposed to be the card of the month for january, so he's legal now.

Very good question, I haven't seen anything about a CotM for January. Where was this mentioned?

This is news to me also... Would it have come w/ the January Prize support, if so my store is missing out... especially a shame, as that would be incentive for folks to buy cards.
