Ok my question is basically, When do moribund characters finally go away during simultaneous effects?

For example.
Valar Morghulis and Many powers long asleep are revealed. For whatever reason, Valar is chosen to resolve first and there is a holy character on table that is killed. Does this character actually die and go to the dead pile before MPLA starts to resolve, or is it still in play and morribund (And thus cannot be returned by MPLA)?
What if it was Threat from the north that made a holy character morribund instead?

All plots are resolved in the same framework action window. So characters move to their respective moribund destinations after all plots have resolved.

And note that Threat from the North discards not kills so the character would not be in your dead pile to be returned.

oh right, but its a moot point as they would only be removed from play after the resolution of plots...
