So, after much confusion, I will be at Ohayocon 2009 in Columbus Ohio. Its an anime cosplay convention. Please take this moment to discuss one's enjoyment of cosplay, or repulsion of it.

If you are going, I will be there. If you are near by, consider attending. I am running 'demo tournaments' to any groups of 4 people I can get, and will be having a larger 'standard constructed' event on a day of amicably satisfying time frame (probably saturday afternoon or sunday early) depending on availibility of the interested participants (let me know if you are one of those).

At this time, this will NOT be central ohio regionals. Didn't think it was a good idea to try to have this be the regionals, though at this point, the only thing that is stopping it from being a good idea is 1.) price to get in ( www.ohayocon.org ) 2.) time frame of getting kit in time 3.) tsk tsk nature of not running this in a gaming store like most UFS events have been and appear to continue to be.

(PS not sure on regionals for Central Ohio at this time. Was thinking Mid March, but Michegan got early march (after telling me they'd been shooting for late jan early feb this entire time) as theirs, and that seems a bit too back to back IMO). )

Game on. Cosplay on perhaps. I need a new costume...

Any cheap and easy suggestions?

Seriously though, I'll be there and I won't be cosplaying. Expect people to call me Leon though, and I can maybe help you out a little bit. Anyone from your meta going to be there for a serious tournament?

3, though one of them is 'the original three resource highlander' of legend, but he's actually pretty good when he plays a real deck and tries (not often). Two others are much better, one of them beats me about half of the time (when I try), and beats the other guy almost all of the time (though that guy beats me a fair amount)

So really just one for the super competetive. But bring some game. We'll see what happens.
