one of my players made a test for a complex multitask servitor and it may be me but i cant find it
where is it
They're rare. See p. 143 & p. 146 of the RT core rules.
Cheers,
- V.
thanks for the quick response i was talking about the rules for it there is a basic one and battle servitor but not the multi-task
Uh, damned if I can find it! I've been through all the RT books and even looked at the Inquisitor's Handbook for Dark Heresy. No multi-task servitors to be found anywhere.
At this point you might want to ask FFG directly.
Cheers,

ok thanks most likely will
If you get a reply, please post it here. Thanks!

Only mention of complex multitask servitors I've come across. To my knowledge there are no official rules for them.
i am starting to think they dont have rules. they have not sent a response yet and its been over a week. the fact that i have not even herd a no we dont have any rules or a yes we do its in the book, etc. is starting to make me mad
Exactly what kind of rules are you looking for? How to make one?
sorry ti FFG about my last post was ticked off about something not you. now i am looking for the multitask servitor which is a very rare item in the armory in the core rule book. then if you look for the rules for it it has none.
The Availability of those servitors is included as a guideline. One of my Rogue Trader players had one he used as a mobile arms locker, keeping his weapons stored within its chest and then thrown to him if he wanted to swap. There are obviously no rules to represent this, so I fabbed it up out of what was available: in that case I took the Servitor Drone profile, gave it the Arms Coffer and some reinforced armour and gave it Trader (Armourer) to represent it reloading and maintaining the weapons in its care. The thing to remember with servitors is they are created in limitless variety, but are almost always purpose-built. Ask the player what he wants the servitor to do and go from there.

that is one thing it says multitask it should do more then one task
Exactly what kind of rules are you looking for? You could possibly turn any monotask servitor into a multi task servitor by having cortex (skill and or talent) implants installed.
yes you could but would they be official. what i am looking for is something that could give you bonuses to repair, pilot, and one other thing[not all at the same time]. that's multitask so it would and could help with 3 different tasks have 3 different skills, etc
So just do that then? I'm not sure what the problem is - sometimes the GM has to do some work for things like this.
I mentioned the items, in the rules set, that would allow you to do that. Cortex Implants (Skill and Talent) exist. I'll look up which book they are in. You apply those upgrades to a servitor and they can do those tasks - they are still a servitor and will take your instructions literally.
Page 145 Dark Heresy: Inquisitor's Handbook
- Cortex Skill Implant (Very Rare)
- Cortex Talent Implant (Scarce)
Use these to upgrade a monotask servitor to a multitask servitor.
Closest I could get to what you are asking for.
alrighty then thanks for all the help i still will post if FFG responses to to
