does anyone know the card measurements for the cards of BSG? are they the same as arkham horror? i know there are two different card sizes, how many of each are there? im thinking of buying penny sleeves for this game and i dont have the game yet, as i'm getting it in a trade in two weeks. thanks.

I think the little cards are the same as in Arkham.

The Skill cards and Destination Deck are the same size as Arkham Horror cards. The Crisis cards and others are about the size of a Yu-Gi-Oh! cards instead of a typical ccg sized card (that is, less wide). I plan to pick up a few bozes of the Clear Dragon shields myself for the Larger cards over penny sleeves, as the penny sleeves are harder to shuffle. As for the Skill cards, I'm really at a loss. Our decks are incredibly ratty by now, and even a few have creases or are otherwise marked. I'm tempted to also use Dragon Shields (regular sized) to put them in sideways, then cut off the top part, but I'm not sure how well that would work.

I really thought about doing this too, but then I realized it would cost about $20 to get enough sleeves, then I have to spend a ton of time cutting down the sleeves for the small cards, and even then those will get ratty after a bit and I will have to re-buy sleeves again. Instead I can just re-buy the game which I have seen as low as $30 some places and save the time, and that will also get me extras of all the other pieces/cardboard tokens that may break/wear down over time.
