Questions about the Hound DOG. I suspect these have been already answerd, but I can't find 'em... Please help!

Can the Hound DOG do anything else besides moving & shooting (the operator uses his/her action to make it shoot)?

Can the Hound DOG be put in Overwatch by a with a Special Ability that confers Overwatch on any group member (one that doesn't require to pay Command Points)?

I do not think that HD can do anything on his own. It does not move on its own (but after the activation of other characters), it does not attack on its own (its attack is an action of his remote controllers owner), and accordingly, it does even not have an own activation. It also cannot accomplish missions, and I daresay that it can not hold flags or plant them. In fact, it is not a character, but an item, and it cannot do anything but moving and being used as a weapon.
