I can't seem to find an answer to my question anywhere. I looked at the FAQ and also tried searching the forums. I appologize if this topic has already been discussed. I know that I can't play attachments on my no attachment characters. Does the "no attachment" also prevent my opponents from playing negative attachments on my no attachment characters?

That's right. No attachments means the card can't have any attachments attached to it, plain and simple.
