Very simple question:

My opponent has a card which turns her season to summer. I don't have any such cards that control season, so does this mean I don't have any season? Or, can I share her season?

Such cards simply say "It is Summer." When a card doesn't specify a single player, controller, etc., such conditions are considered global. So the "it is Summer" effect is a condition put on the entire game environment, for all players.
