I just wanted to see if I was alone in finding practically nothing written about this kid aside from what appears in Gaia vol.I

This being the case, I have taken license to fill in all the details about him, his family, and the situation with Graven in my campaign on account of the fact that it is based in Moth.

If there is any official information about him that I have not heard about (outside Gaia vol.I) please let me know. Otherwise, if your interested, I will describe the scenario I have built here once my players have discovered it.

Moth is home to the Nightmare Lord Malekith, who's pretty clearly the only REAL power in the city. Lucer is probably just a mortal puppet in the Nightmare Lord's hands. Malekith has possibly offered him the "title" of prince (by eliminating father and older brother) and in exchange must have asked him to switch the capital to Graven, which is actually a city from the wake. I don't believe Lucer should have much "impact" in events. He's only a puppet, at most he might have become one of the many leutenants under Malekith's orders, with some powers granted by Malekith himself.
