When I have allocated my movement dice to complete a ritual, is that ritual now in effect for the remainder of the game? Or must I re-allocate again after the ritual has been used?

As far as I know, the ritual stays in effect for the rest of the game. (or until you are knocked out)

You only need to empower a Ritual once.

However, if another player acquires your card or if you sell it, then it needs to be re-empowered.
