What is the range of Levitation when I want to use it on others or object ? The same used in Precision Telekinesis maybe ?

If I use it on an enemy, I have to do an opposed willpower test as in the table 6-3 ? Once, levitated, do I control the enemy movement in the air ?

If I fall, can I use levitation to prevent some falling damage ?
