I dont know of a site dedicated to it, threads occasionally show up on here of people looking to run games. Annoying and unhelpful though it is the main resource I use for that kind of thing is google

If you find a GM, give me a shout. I suggested to my friends playing in Vassal, but for one I'm an utter greenhorn in GMing and Deathwatch, and their enthusiasm ranged from mildly interested to doing me a favor. There are probably better options than adapted Vassal 40K too.
