Here's a quick question -

When using the King in Yellow herald as per the instructions one has to make a decision every time the terror level goes up, whether to place a yellow sign on the terror track vacated spot, or on the doom track.

But are the standard rules adhered to as well? Namely that of allies leaving the game.

I.e. I should FIRST raise the terror level (closing stores if necessary), THEN remove 1 ally from the game, THEN resolve the yellow sign?

Hello, my friend! As to the order in which these things occur ~ obviously the Terror Level must rise first, as that's the trigger to have an Ally run screaming from the city. Now, when you place the Yellow Sign...I would think that would be the last thing to do.
