Here is the farmer, it's his 2nd version. after some playtesting, i made a few cut backs and ended up with this. the DDM miniatures farmer seemed perfect for the board mini, so i drew this character out with that in mind. ill try to post a few a week. also, i will be eventually putting up a gallery of everyones characters i can find on myspace.

I like it! I think all proposed characters ought to have a suggested miniature as you have done.
Great job on the character (and drawing, I just nab pics from the web, hehe). The last ability.... mayhaps you may want to just add 1 to your die when rolling at the tavern? Or for humor sake just say you lose a turn cuz you're drunk.

The "you begin with" ability should be on top. Otherwise, fine craftmanship
ill tool around with it again before bed and repost it with last minute fine adjustments
Tweek the last ability a bit. IT is too obscure to happen, all these situations have to align.
A) you have to be on the space
B) Someone else has to land on it.
C) THey have to choose to encounter you, and then roll on tavern.
D) they roll a 2 and encouter you anyway.
So C and D is like an evade that fails if the attacker rolls a 2 on the tavern.
well, its redone with some tweaks like losing the set symbol, moving the mule ability to the top, and adjusting the final ability but ive tried about 20 times now and the image keeps showing up as broken............ill try it again later, after that im just going to go on ahead with making that myspace page for them.

How about we start a game? Someone posts a photo of a fantasy miniature and the rest tries to come up with a character (and art!) that matches it.
Inspired by the figure and illustration of the Farmer, somone should make a new Object:
Meat Cleaver - When you defeat an Animal, you may heal 1 Life.
This is an awesome addition. I have to get a Farmer mini as I used mine for the Talisman 3D Board in the Tavern space. How will this print out anyone try yet?? Thanks for this cool character. I think it's great to put out characters that people can readily get a good mini for. Thanks much. Ray.

well, im happy to see the addition of the meat cleaver as well. thats awesome. the card prints pretty well in its original state. im going to have a better version printed on nice thick paper soon. im glad the farmer was well recieved. i will be making my version of the archeologist next, i know there is already one out there. but im redoing the artwork and tweaking it a bit. it will be modeled after the DDM aramil figure with a few small liberties. then the excecutioner. keep your eyes open for updates. might be as early as tomorrow while i kill time before the new episode of lost?!
