If you have the Balon Greyjoy that puts cards into play for one influence, and fishmongers square out would you be able to draw a card with fishmongers square after you use Balon's ability.

I guess the question is, is the shadows card you took with balon still considered discarded?

Of course, if your opponent is really worried about that, why not use Fishmonger's Square, and then use Balon?
