This is the deck I played in the Italian National. The result was much better than expected (3rd place), and after seeing the current metagame (at least in this tournament, I don´t have the opportunity to play so many of them), I think Targaryen burn is something to consider right now, because is one of the best deck to face Martell/Summer. It´s also a summer deck, with many burn cards and several dragons to try to be aggressive (so much as this kind of deck can be).
Agenda
Kings of the summer
Plots
Valar morghulis
Building season
Loyalty money can buy
Time of ravens
Threat from the north
Retalliation
At the gates
Most of the plots are typical for a burn deck. I only play one copy of the unique locations (Chambers, Dragonpit, Rhaenys, Red Keep), so I have to be careful to choose correctly when using Building season. Against fast deck is important to have enough influence in the first turns, and At the gates can look for Crown advisor to have this 2 influence that help to play Flame kissed or Hatchling´s feast. Of course when facing Stark you can also get Aemon to try to control the military claim.

I don´t like to play dupes, so I play just one copy of Daenerys or the dragons (except Rhaegal, of course). This deck is slow, and sometimes you have to play the dragons to defend and play Valar soon, and I don´t want to draw useless cards in the middle of the game. I have taken out almos all strength one character (Viserys, Street Waif, etc), so I don´t have to worry about them when playing Threat from the north. Shadow seer is very useful in the first turns, even with the low number of shadows here, and a third copy could be useful, but didn´t know what to take out. And finally I have to say something about Balerion. I was convindec it could be a good card when the game lasts more than 7-8 turnos, but in fact it was one the better cards. I played it in a lot of games, most of the time with Retalliation, and in this way you usually get 4-5 power.
Locations
Myrish villa x3
Eastern fiefdoms x3
Summer sea x3
Meereen x2
Khal Drogo ´s tentx1
Red Keep x1
Daenerys chambers x1
The dragonpit x1
Rhaenys Hill x1
Myrish villa is maybe the best card of Queen of the dragons. The difference between getting one of them soon of not is really huge, and drawing two in the first turns can turn the deck into a aggressive and fast one. I don´t carry a lot of influence, but Crown advisor helps in the first turns, and by 3 or 4th turn I use to have 3 influence in location, enough to play the Feast. Even with not a lot of dragons, I have used Meereen almost everytime I played it, and the protection against Cyvasse or Lethal counterattack is quite important sometimes.
Events
The hatchling´s feast x3
Favorable ground x2
Ill tidings x2
I expected 3x Paper Shield in almost all decks, so my first idea was to play only influence events, which takes Forever burning out of the deck. After trying against Lannister decks I saw that they usually had more options to win in long games, so I included to copies of Favorable ground. My deck plays several good locations, which makes this event dangerous, but I think is a card that makes you win against several archtypes (Lannister, Greyjoy with warship, defensive Stark). Unfortunately I didn´t play any of these decks, so I only used Favorable against another Targaryen. Finally, a lot of people told me I was insane playing Kings of the summer and only one crow, but I though that playing two was wasting cards, and finally decided to play two copies of Ill tidings, which is more versatile. It breaks the rule of non-cancelable events, but in the end it was a good decision. Not because of winter decks (I didn´t play any), but because of Martell/Summer. I discarded the crow at least in two of them, when a Maester of the sun was ready to save a character, and the extra card of the agenda was much more needed for Martell than for me.
Attachments
Flame kissed x2
Pyromancer´s cache x2
Dragon skull x1
Black crow x1
As I´ve already sais, I risked to playing only one crow, and it was a good move, but I don´t know if I will do the same in next tournaments. Pyromancer´s cache is one of the best cards nowadays, and I think in should be played in almost all control decks.
I thought this deck is difficult to play, and in fact I played a lot of games before managing to do very few mistakes, but in the randon-deck tournament we played in Italy it got a 3/1 score and people liked it. Setups are not good, so if you get to play 4 cards you should keep it. In the first turns you have to defend in keep calm, because almost always you are going to do very few things. The games start to change when you get Rhaegal or several burn cards (ideally a Feast). Then you play Valar Morghulis (with Rhaegal) or Threaten from the north, and try to equalize the table. In the long term the deck draws a lot, plays strong characters and get recurrent burn. Once you have Dragonpit in the table everything is much easier, and there are several cards that help to finish the game: Rhaenys, Daenerys or (of course) Balerion. But many times you just won attacking with weak charactes while burning every opponent´s character.
If I had to play the deck again ritght now, I will include a second copy of Dragonpit. I don´t know which card to take out, probably one copy of Meereen or the Illyrio´s man, which I almost didn´t use. The other possible change is Loyalty money can buy for Fortified position. The latter is very useful against Baratheon fast decks, and helps a lot to burn no-attachments characters. Playing one plot or the other is a difficult choice, and I think it depends on each player´s likes.
