the celestial spell (shooting star) has no range printed...anyone know what the range is meant to be??

Magic Dart is Medium range, so it could be assumed to match that.

However, since the text on prerequisite section of the action card is designed to be limiting rather than enabling, it is also valid to argue that Shooting Star has no range limitation. This could easily be reasoned since the Celestial Order has a higher grasp of spacial relationships due to their rigorous mathematical studies. Also, you a spending an Action Card advancement (or character creation points) to acquire it and more power to cast it, so it should be better than Magic Dart.
